See our AvayaLive Video Fact Sheet for additional information.
Probably not. AvayaLive Video uses state of the art H.264 High Profile, H.264 Scalable Video Coding (SVC) and advanced media processing that is designed to be bandwidth efficient and error resilient. However, if you have a large number of users on your organization’s network or a very low bandwidth home / remote connection, video quality may suffer. In this case it may be worth upgrading or reconfiguring your network. Please use our free trial to check out the solution. And if you like, you may contact one of our partners in your area to evaluate your network and propose a solution.
Your AvayaLive Video service supports up to 25 connected participants per virtual meeting room with any combination of video and telephone connectivity. If desired, all 25 participants can be using HD video. One connection to the virtual meeting room uses one participant seat.
